Custom built for Arnold Schwarzenegger. This is a one-of-a-kind 1977 Mercedes UNIMOG U1300 SE that in 2012 was fully restored / modified / upgraded by German Unimog Specialists, MEREX-MERTEC in Gaggenau, Germany.  To give you an idea of the size of this rig, check out the tire size: Michelin XZL 445/65!  If that doesn't tell you, just take a glance of the full-size Hummer H1 Alpha in the background!
